Since the age of 12, when he received his first initiations in meditation and healing techniques and participated in his first Inipi ceremony, Pacho Dirohâ awakened a vision that would forever shape the course of his life: dedicating his path to the full realization of the Human Being. Since then, his search has been guided by the inspiration of ancestral traditions and by the conviction to discover, research, and practice tools that he now offers in service to others in their processes of activation, transformation, and integral growth.
For more than 25 years, his formation has been inspired and accompanied by Indigenous communities and ancestral traditions, with a strong emphasis on purification processes, master plants, nutrition, detoxification, and modern alternative therapies. His journey was never tied to rigid institutions or academic degrees, but to an independent path, nourished by teachers, guides, and direct experiences—in a conscious act of resistance to indoctrination and as a natural defense of the freedom of consciousness.
At the same time, from childhood he cultivated a passion for sports and physical training. He deepened in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga for about six years, explored Capoeira in Brazil, and more than 16 years ago began practicing Shaolin Kung Fu at the Khan Li temple. Later, he discovered in calisthenics the discipline he would embrace with absolute dedication, which led him into high-intensity systems such as Heavy Duty, and more recently, to debut in high-performance competitions such as IRONMAN, beginning a solid journey into triathlon.
This integration of ancestral spirituality, modern science, and sports discipline led him to design and lead projects such as Inmersion.fit, where he combines nutrition, ancestral medicine, physical training, and Human Design in programs of deep activation.
Today, Pacho Dirohâ is creating and sharing his most ambitious proposal: the Duty Endurance Way of Life, a system of life training and thought that synthesizes decades of practice, study, and experimentation. This method invites each person to recognize their nature, profile, and balance, and to train body and mind with a clear purpose: to build a conscious, healthy, and expansive lifestyle in order to reach what is most essential—the true experience of freedom.
Aleja, a mother of four and partner of Pacho, is the logistics coordinator behind the scenes at INMERSION. She oversees all aspects of management, from digital media production and marketing to accounting and program coordination. Deeply committed to INMERSION’s vision, Aleja ensures every detail runs smoothly, supporting the ongoing expansion of the INMERSION programs.
