INMERSION is a living environment designed for people who want to reset their life, recover focus and elevate their energy. It is not a traditional retreat.
It is a coworking and coliving experience where you can live, work, train and reorganize your life in a space free from distractions.
Surrounded by nature, community and a simple but powerful structure, INMERSION offers the conditions for clarity, discipline and creativity to emerge naturally.
HOW WE DO IT?
We don’t follow a rigid program or fixed schedule. Instead, we create the right environment.
You live in a natural setting with access to:
- Coworking spaces with stable internet
- Abundant nourishing food and daily hydration
- Training areas and movement practices
- Therapeutic sessions and optional personalized services
- Silence, nature and a focused community
You are free to organize your days: working, training, resting and building your own rhythm.
The only structured elements are optional group training sessions such as Tai Chi, Wu Shu and calisthenics.
Everything else is open, allowing you to create a lifestyle that supports your clarity and direction.

Each stay is designed as a season of life, giving you enough time to disconnect from external noise, reorganize your rhythm and build a more aligned way of living.

Special Program: Addiction Detox
For those who feel the need for a deeper reset, INMERSION also offers a structured detox immersion. This experience is built on the same environment and lifestyle, but with guided support, defined practices and a more intentional process.
It is designed for people who want to step away from visible or invisible addictions, break repetitive patterns and reorganize their life with clarity. During this immersion, participants follow a structured flow of activities, which may include:
- Ancetral Detox protocols
- Ancestral Medicine practices
- Pysical training and movement practices
- Guided routines to regulate the nervous system
- Therapeutic sessions
- Personalized support throughout the process
The environment remains the same, a clean, distraction-free space but the experience becomes more focused and supported.
This program is not based on judgment or restriction. It is based on understanding that many addictive patterns are a response to imbalance, physical, emotional or neurological.
Through structure, discipline, nature and the right support, the system begins to regulate.

It is a haven for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts, offering opportunities for swimming, hiking, and exploring the tranquil beauty of its surroundings.
Lodging: Reserva Zafra
Reserva Zafra is a tranquil and rustic eco-hotel designed to immerse visitors in the serene beauty of nature. The reserve offers simple yet comfortable accommodations that prioritize a deep connection with the natural environment. One of the unique features of Reserva Zafra is its commitment to eco-friendly practices, including bamboo constructions and dry toilets, which reflect its dedication to sustainable living. The reserve is part of a reforestation project within a forest reserve, creating a haven where monkeys and birds frequently visit, adding a magical touch to your stay.
TRAINING & PRACTICES: Valle de las piedras
Valle de las Piedras is the training ground of INMERSION located on the neighboring land of Reserva Zafra. It’s where most of the practices happen. We’ve only just begun shaping this land into the sanctuary it’s destined to become. It’s a vision in motion, raw, real, and alive with intention. You won’t find curated luxury here. What you’ll find is nature, space, and purpose. This land is becoming a sanctuary; and by stepping onto it, you become part of its creation.
