Can I keep working during the immersion?
Yes. Starlink internet is available across the finca, and the structure of the day is yours to organize. You are not removed from your reality — you are learning to operate inside it with clarity.
Do I need experience with ancestral medicine?
No prior experience is required. What matters is your willingness to engage with the process. Everything is set so that, if working with an ancestral medicine is right for you, you will arrive to that moment with clarity and the proper preparation. Each experience is held within a process that includes preparation beforehand and integration afterward, allowing it to be understood and embodied in a grounded way.
Is the food restrictive?
Nutrition is not fixed or imposed. It is a living system, adapted to each person and aligned with the process.
Our approach is based on an inspired keto structure—low or no carbohydrates, with a focus on high-quality proteins, vegetables, and healthy fats. Some flexibility is allowed depending on individual needs and the stage of the process.
Food and hydration are approached as applied science, supporting metabolism, training, recovery, and overall system regulation. This becomes part of the reset: learning to listen to the body beyond preference and understanding what truly sustains it.
At the same time, enjoyment is essential. The intention is to integrate precision with pleasure, using simple, high-quality ingredients that make the experience of eating both satisfying and grounding.
When food is understood and enjoyed, the entire process becomes more stable, more effective, and easier to sustain.
What happens if I need to leave early?
Participation is voluntary, and you are free to leave at any time. However, once the process has started, payments are non-refundable in accordance with our policies.
During the immersion, different phases may arise, including moments of intensity or challenge. These are part of the process and the way the system moves beyond its usual limits. For this reason, entering the immersion implies a clear intention to engage with the full experience from beginning to end.
What about flights and travel?
Fly into Armenia (AXM, 40 minutes from the finca) or Pereira (PEI, 1h 40m). We coordinate private pick-up and drop-off — included in every program. Confirm your arrival in advance so we can organize your transfer.
Why only five participants?
The level of attention this work requires is precise and intentional. While the capacity of the space can extend to a larger number of participants, for immersions programs we work with a maximum of five people staying simultaneously.
This allows us to maintain a highly personalized process, where each person is accompanied closely and the experience can be built through detail—adjusting detox protocols, training, and integration according to individual needs.
Can my partner come with me?
Both must apply. Both must be qualified candidates. The program is not designed for one person to “support” another, it requires you to be in your own process. Couples have completed it; they did not arrive as a couple, they arrived as two participants.
How do I know if I am ready?
Most people who reach out are ready. Being ready simply means having clarity about why you are coming and what you are looking to work on.
